Spech AI ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application Spech AI (the "App") available on the Apple App Store. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the data practices described here, please do not use the App.

- User Identifier: A unique identifier provided by Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In

During onboarding, you may optionally provide:

- Speaking contexts (work, university, social events, presentations, interviews)

- Main concerns or challenges with public speaking
2.3 Speech Recordings and Analysis Data
When you record and analyze speeches, we collect:
- Audio recordings stored locally on your device
- Text transcriptions of your recorded speeches
- Analysis metrics such as words per minute, speech duration, pause count, filler word usage, clarity scores, and confidence scores
- Personalized recommendations based on your speech analysis
- Speech archetypes that classify your speaking style or patterns
2.4 Subscription Information
If you purchase a subscription, we collect:
- Subscription status (active or inactive)
- Purchase history managed by Apple's App Store and Superwall
2.5 Usage and Technical Information
We may automatically collect:
- Device information, operating system version, and device identifiers
- Information about how you interact with the App
- Crash reports if you have enabled crash reporting

- Authentication data managed by Supabase's secure auth system
4.3 Data Retention
- Local data remains on your device until you delete it through the App
- Account data retained while your account is active or needed to provide services
- You may delete your account and data at any time via the App settings

On-device speech recognition and transcription. Speech recognition occurs entirely on your device and is not transmitted to Apple or third parties.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
6.1 Service Providers
Third-party providers (Supabase, Superwall, cloud hosting) that are contractually obligated to protect your information.
6.2 Legal Requirements
Disclosure may occur in response to valid legal process, government requests, or to protect rights, safety, and prevent fraud.
6.3 Business Transfers
Information may be transferred during mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales. You will be notified of changes in ownership or control.

7.1 Access and Correction
Access your personal information, correct inaccuracies, and review speech data through the App.
7.2 Deletion
Delete recordings, analysis data, or your account via the App. You can also request deletion by contacting us at javiercaldito@gmail.com.
7.3 Data Portability
Export your speech recordings and analysis data from local storage.
7.4 Opt-Out
- Disable push notifications through device settings
- Revoke microphone or speech recognition permissions via iOS Settings
- Cancel subscriptions through Apple's App Store settings
7.5 California Privacy Rights
California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, delete, and opt-out (Spech AI does not sell personal information).
7.6 European Privacy Rights
EEA residents are entitled to GDPR rights such as access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect data from children under these ages. If you believe such data has been collected, contact us to delete it.
9. Security
- All network communications use HTTPS/TLS encryption
- Authentication tokens stored securely in iOS Keychain Services
- Speech analysis occurs on-device when possible
- Access controls limit who can view your information
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we strive to protect your information using industry best practices.
10. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your residence. We implement safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and robust security measures to protect your data.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy and will notify you by posting the new policy in the App, updating the "Last Updated" date, or providing additional notice. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

By using Spech AI, you consent to this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the App.
